LOCAL ISSUES, Chaganiyan. Late 6th-7th centuries. Drachm (Silver, 27 mm, 2.47 g, 3 h), Northern Tokharistan. Crowned and draped Sasanian-style bust to right resembling Khosrau I; in outer margin, three countermarks depicting human heads. Rev. Fire altar with ribbons flanked by two attendants. Zeno 199508. Beautifully toned. Very fine.
